The lunch break is from 12.20 pm to 1.00 pm. Due to the length of the lunch period, students must remain in school, unless prior agreement has been obtained by the head teacher in exceptional circumstances. Any student who is permitted to go home at lunchtime is not expected to return to school until 12.55 pm. Parents are responsible for the behaviour of their children to and from school at lunchtime.

Students should be in their classroom ready to begin afternoon lessons promptly at 1.00 pm.
