Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance

At Brimsham Green School, we provide a comprehensive Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG) programme for every year group.

We aim to raise our students’ aspirations and ambitions for their futures.  Students are encouraged to examine and develop their own abilities and attributes, and in turn improve their employability skills for entering the labour market - at all levels.

Close liaison exists between the school and local industry where employers volunteer their time to provide impartial advice and guidance through many activities, including:  Industry Days, Employer Talks, Careers Carousels, Enterprise Events, Mock Interviews, Work Experience placements, etc.

Brimsham Green School has achieved the “Employability Chartermark” which is awarded to educational establishments that invest in, commit to and develop work readiness in young people, in partnership with businesses.
